All Beef Catering and Smokehouse was founded in 1984 by a husband-and-wife team. They started as a catering service with a simple philosophy,
Give People What They Want. With over 30 years of combined industry experience they found roast beef was the most frequent request, so they set out to provide

Over 35 years later, we still believe in giving people what they want and are doing that with simple ingredients that taste great. You’ve heard of Texas, Memphis, Carolina and other legendary styles of BBQ; while you’ll find some of these influences on our menu, we aren’t here to replicate them. Instead, we’re bringing our own style to the game. We’re proving that we’re proudly Calgarian and bringing you a truly authentic Alberta BBQ experience.

SMOKEHOUSE

In addition to positioning ourselves as an exceptional catering provider, we also continue to develop the Smokehouse. Located inside the Calgary Soccer Centre at 7000 48 Street SE , our menu is packed with delicious smoked meats and mouth-watering comfort foods. We also have over 10 taps featuring local craft beers, as well as hand-crafted cocktails to accompany your meal. The Smokehouse has become a favourite place for local athletes to come before and after games, as well as the headquarters for developing new menu items. We’re now a destination for dine-in or take-out and we’re back on Skip the Dishes, offering pick-up and delivery.

SUSTAINABILITY

We're very proud to say that we are a sustainably sourced and environmentally friendly company. For our catering events, all cutlery and napkins are compostable and we have chosen to switch from bottles to cans of pop due to environmental and sustainability factors. In addition to this, when you visit the Smokehouse, you'll find paper straws, and our take-out food containers are also compostable. We are focused on not only being at the forefront of taste and experience in our city, but also being a leader in environmentally-friendly practices.

Our Team

Our friendly and experienced staff will make sure your All Beef experience is as memorable as it is delicious. For your special event, our team will be easy to spot in our custom mechanic shirts and aprons which are branded with our logo. You can rely on us to deliver a swift set-up and take-down, as well as handle the clean up, so you can remain focused on your guests.

When it comes to the catering service, we provide a buffet style setup, but we don’t just put it up and let guests fend for themselves. Our team will serve all hot items on the buffet, and we provide on-site carving for Prime Rib, Roasts, Brisket, and more. By carving for each individual, it allows guests the opportunity to select their meat the way they prefer it, rather than if it was pre-cut and placed on a tray.
