2021 is bringing a new direction to All Beef Catering and Smokehouse while we return to our roots of smoked meat (we still offer our roasted meat options as well, don’t worry). Our passion for smoked meats and other comfort food has been curated over almost 20 years of cooking, tasting, refining, and sharing meals with friends and family to perfect our flavours and have them ready to bring to the most important critic: our clients.

BBQ Smoked Brisket on a Kaiser

$17.95 per person

"AAA" Alberta beef brisket smoked low and slow over apple and cherry woods, carved onsite and generously served on a freshly baked Kaiser with your choice of our house-made OG barbecue sauce or house-made Bama barbecue sauce. Served with our special recipe oven-baked brown beans and freshly tossed creamy coleslaw. Paper plates, napkins, compostable cutlery and the staff to serve and clean up are also included.

BBQ Pulled Pork on a Kaiser

$15.95 per person

Pulled pork simmered in our house BBQ sauce and generously served on a fresh baked Kaiser with your choice of house-made barbecue sauce or house-made Bama white barbecue sauce. Served with our special recipe oven-baked brown beans and freshly tossed creamy coleslaw. Included at no charge: paper plates, napkins, compostable cutlery, and the staff to serve and clean up.

Mac & Cheese: $3.95 per person

Smokehouse Meat Catering

Smoked Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Pulled Chicken.

One meat - $25.95 per person

Two meats - $29.95 per person

Three meats – $32.95 per person

This meal comes with jalapeno cheddar cornbread muffins, oven baked brown beans, freshly tossed Caesar salad, baked potatoes with butter, sour cream and chives, and a selection of our in house made BBQ sauces on the side. Paper plates, napkins, compostable cutlery and the staff to serve and clean up are also included.

Cowboy Potatoes: Roasted baby potatoes with bacon, corn, cheddar cheese and green onions tossed in a ranch dressing.
