What a week, WHAT A WEEK
It's a huge week for us.
SMOKE DAYS ARE COMING! THE SUPERBOWL IS COMING! SMOKED MEAT GIVEAWAY! SO MANY THINGS!
Right now we are busy perfecting everything:smoking techniques and times, rubs, sauces, everything you can think of. We’re doing this so that our smoked meat will rival Texas and Tennessee BBQs, but make our own name and taste as Calgary BBQ. No really. There might be some bias from us, but it's good. Really good. We're on to something here.
Smoke days start NEXT WEEK, Monday to be precise. We are super excited that everyone can finally get their orders in (starting today, now, call, email, text, fax, or messenger pigeon us as you're reading this).

It's an enormous week for us, we have so much to do to for our final preparations for Smoke Days and our new menu launch. But we couldn't be more excited for everything that’s coming. It's been a lot of hard work, testing, perfecting, tasting, and tweaks to make sure that the food you get is as delicious as we say it is. We can’t wait to serve it up and hear what you think about it.
