Enjoy a traditional Smokehouse meal with your choice of one, two, or three types of smoked meat:

This meal includes jalapeno cheddar cornbread muffins, oven-baked brown beans, freshly tossed coleslaw, and oven-roasted BBQ potatoes with butter, sour cream, and fresh chives. Extra hot horseradish and our house-made BBQ sauces are served on the side.
1 Meat: $29.95 per person
2 Meats: $33.95 per person
3 Meats: $36.95 per person

Meals are served to your guests buffet-style. Includes china service and stainless cutlery, and staff to handle the set-up, serving, and clean-up.
